Wdsync doesn't sync anymore

I hace noticed this week that my files are no longer synchronized since March 2020.
I have chnaged nothing on wd soft or my cloud.
the only changes are on windows 10 version
May I find somewhere some logs to deterrmine the problem
Of course, the disk is connected, accessible via configuration
and I can hear it so I know it works
