Hi, Just setup my WDmycloud Mirror. All ok, except that I am unable to connect to the WDmycloud as a Shared Device in IMAC, either as a registered user or a guest. Each time I tried, it just return a connection failed. iMac using the latest Sierra 10.12.4
Any advice please?

Make sure the latest firmware version is installed on your My Cloud and take a look at this article.
