WDMyCloudEX2 is offline adn cannot access..PLEASE HELP!

all of sudden my WDMyCloudEX2 is offline (no matter where i try to access it…Notebook…iphone etc) I have blue LED but red/yellow LED on the modem (sign there is a problem in the connection) I tried several time the 40 second reset… PLEASE HELP I urgently need the file and that’s my back up fro EVERYTHING…
