Same here on one PC, the November Win 10 update started causing one particular issue with the My Cloud, it not showing up under Computer in Windows File Explorer. I can work around it as is, or I can modify the SMB settings in either Windows 10 or the My Cloud as indicated in the Compilation of Windows 10 Methods, Steps and Solutions, Method 6 entry.
Edit to add: If one does a Google search they’ll see others are having various issues with the Windows 10 November update. Including problems seeing other devices on the local network.
