I have been using my WDTV live for watching Netflix for just over a month. Last night suddenly it stopped working. I spent hours on the phone with Netflix but nothing seems to work. I am unable to get into netflix at all. Other apps work like you tube without a problem. I have reset the unit to factory settings this morning and will reset my modem to see if that helps but Im really frustrated with this.
Hi, are you using any type of DNS service, like OpenDNS for example? Also see if the link below helps.
