WDDriveAgent & blank

Hi, I’m using the Windows10 professional latest version,use MY CLOUD HOME, and installed the WD DISCOVERY already. But while the WD DISCOVERY software is openned, it shows the “WDDriveAgent” dialog box and the software is shown blank? I would like to know how to repair it? I deleted the software and cleaned the regedit before already, but the issue is still happened.

Well, have you try to use the software on any other operating system?If Yes! and the issue still persists then you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this for live assistance and troubleshooting
