WDCloud suddenly asks for password

I never set a password for acces to any part in WdCloud.

Now it asks for a password to enter.

How can I fix this?

Have you tried your network user name (Network Name) and password? See example image below of my network, both 2.4 and 5 GHz.

I don’t have an “external” router, so the WDCloud is plugged straight into my modem which is also
a wireless router.

When you said “network user name”…

And yes. I used the name and password from my ISP and it worked.

But it’s rather strange this happens after about a month using the device.
Something must have changed, but I don’t know what…
