Tried to do a complete backup of WD6401AALS hard drive with WD Acronis but the backup failed due to bad sectors. I did a sector by sector and I am running WIN7-64. I have run ckdk no bad sectors detected, WD life guard PASS.
I need to backup drive C in order to clone the old drive to a new Hard a WD1002fAEX drive
what do I need to do to fix bad sectors so that I can do a complete backup?

You need a tool such as ddrescue which understands how to work around bad sectors.
