WD5000G032-001 Freeze after a while

The problem is firmware 2.00.15, and WD support!  Can some confirm that this is the issue here?

Some people suggest that its the networkcard that has failed and some say that its a software problem.

Also i´ve heard that its SSH that could do the trick or static IP.

What is the answer to this riddle?
