WD5000AAKB - Data Diagnosis does not see physical drives?

HI all Just a quick question really.

I downloaded the WD data diagnosis tool for my drives

At the moment my drives are in RAID 0 - Is the tool able to see drives in raid?

because when i run the tool it does nto see any physical drives but it does see my logical drives underneath but of course i cant turn any diag on this?

If not seeing the drives is a sign of a problem how long is the standard warranty on WD drives?
