WD40PURX - 4TB - Lost capacity 1TB

Hi,
iv got WD40PURX which is 4TB but it showed only 3 TB in system (windows and survivalace system also). Disk is one year after warranty, is it possible to do something with this? There is no errors and smart is ok.

I check another disk (the same model) on the same pc and cable and it show me 4TB so for sure something is wrong with this disk.
