I’m using MyBook live 2tb. And on usually laptops and android phone it works perfect. 

On WD2go doesn’t work it. I can open my folders and see my documents but if I open my document I’m asked for a password. I’ve tried using my Admin/Admin. And my own administrator name and password. I’m using also the email adress I’ve shared with. 

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

The strange thing is that I can open PDF, but not .docx

Office documents require authentication that is not compatible with WD 2go.

Thanks for your reaction! Is there any other option to open and save those documents I want to use? Something like Skydrive? Is that possible in the MyBook Live?

You can just copy the file to your local machine, do the edits, and then copy it back.
