When I attempt open a document on the iPhone using the wd2go prop app crashes.  Works fine with iPad and desktop fine. Is there an upgrade coming with app?

I doubt it…  WD2go Pro was discontinued earlier this year in favor of the new WD 2go app (Not pro, but has all the features of the pro version.)

WD 2go 2.x app has all the Pro features as well. Can you please try opening your doc using WD 2go 2.x app?
