WD2go issue on iphone 4

I have installed the WDphoto and WD2GO apps on the iphone. After entering the activation code on WDphoto the app works fine. I then go to the WD2GO put in the activation code, the app finds my drive so i click it but under “shares” the app is constantly on loading so i never see my folders. I have followed the same procedure on an Android phone and it works fine.

Hello, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the problem continues, create another activation code.
