WD2go.com remote PC access

Hi,

I’m trying to remote PC access for the first time but I get a blank white screen after sigining into WD2go.com and selecting the option to ‘view shares’.

When diagnosing this through the windows 7 PC I’m using it states : The proxy or gateway returned the error HTTP 502.  I guess this means that the remote PC can not connect to my WD Drive.

Please help?

Hello, check if you have the latest java update installed, you can also try using another web browser.

Hi,

I installed the latest Java and unfortunately it didn’t make any difference.

I haven’t been able to try a different browser/pc yet though.
