WD2GO Can't Create Account

Hi,

I am unable to complet setup of the WD2GO account, to facilitate Remote Access.  I am the only user and as “admin” I’ve set up my account from within the dashboard, and sent myself the registration email 5 times over 48 hours now.  But no email arrives.  I don’t have a spam folder.

Try using a different email address. It always takes me about 10 minutes to receive the email from them.

Thanks I will try that.  Can I change the email address back to the one I want to use later?
