WD20EARX sector delay

hi,

i have two of this hdd. these are extracted from nas and these was working as raid 1.

both drive has no bad sector but “hdd regenerator” says has sector delay. i am trying to clone to new hdd but it is take very long time.(e.g. 200 days with 0.1 mb/second). Also when i try to reach my file same  thing happens and i can open an image file in 2 minutes.

Both hdd in same situation.

Is there anything can i do.

Hello,

As a recommendation, you can try cloning the drive using the WD Acronis tool. Also you can use the DLG tool to test the drive’s health.

As you can see, smart shows pass and everythings is okay.

I am trying to make a backup with acronis, it is only copying 300mb in one hour.

is there anything else to do.
