hello

I’m looking for the driver from this External Disk (WD Caviar Green)
It appears on USB to ATA/ATAPI bridge.
My External Disk didn’t work. I Opened and I connected SATA / IDE kit on my PC but the disk appears on not allocated

I want to recuparate the data because there is photo from my children.
Please help me

We would request you to download the SSD dashboard and run the diagnostic test and if it fails, please backup the data and create an RMA to replace the drive.
