New 2TB WD2001FASS, Windows 7
Read performance seems fine, but writes are awful.
HDTune file benchmark shows less than 10 Mb/sec. Screen shot is here:

Takes several hours to format 50Gb partition.

Windows driver configuration for the hd has checkmark next to “enable write caching for the device”.
I didn’t touch any jumpers.
Please advise…
