WD2 go app problems with opening video

Hi,

When I try to open a AVI  movie file in the app it shows inn activity tab, but does not show up in the downloads. I try to select the file and open with Peregrine player, but it does not show up in the inbox folder of pergrine player. I managed to do this way for last 2-3 days, and now it is not working. I tried deletin and reinstalling WD2go app and peregrine player but it is of no use.

Hi, also try creating another wd2go account from the my book dashboard.

Trying to open a file isn’t the same as downloading it.

If you want it to appear in the Downloads section, you need to select the DOWNLOAD action.
