Good morning,
I have had the above portable hard drive for years and it has served me well. All of a sudden my iMac is not recognizing the drive, despite the fact the blue light is on and it appears to be spinning/vibrating. Similar issue with PC when I plug it in. It initially recognizes but then I get an error message. Is this thing just shot or is this something fixable?
