WD10EARS 512b sector size in windows 7 pro x64

After running “fsutil fsinfo ntfsinfo c:” I got this info:

Bytes per sector:                          512
Bytes per cluster:                         4096

Bytes per File Record Segment :          1024

Shouldn’t it say “bytes per sector - 4096”? Is 512 ok?

I did not set any jumpers and windows 7 partitioned the drive, it was a new install.

Yes, the drive lies and pretends that it still has 512 byte sectors because if it didn’t, then older versions of windows could not use it.
