i need help i got a HD WD10EACS i bought since 2009 and it stop working some friend told me it need some kind a driver for dos and must be same as it’s date which 25 jan 2009 can any one help me because all my work and important data on it please help me

Can you please provide more details, for example:

  • Did you test your drive with a different computer?

  • Did you check all the cables?

  • Did you check the sata port?

i did all that it’s even don’t load on bios dos

the only way to fix it is to find it’s idintification for it’s board and i don’t know where to find it
