WD1001FALS-00E8B0 beeps

I have 6 WD1001FALS-00E8B0 and find 2 of them keep beeping,

when there’s more than 700GiB space used, and I try to write new files into them,

they keep beep until I reboot the box.

I’m running FreeBSD and ZFS, when this happens

there’re lots of ahcich0 timeout and zfs checksum mismatch messages:

does anyone also have similar problem?
