Performance is very bad, now copying 50GB from parttion to Partition with 7,5MB/Sec, wtf ?

checked alignement, checkes Bios Updates, changed drivers Nforce/MS.  No change - 1 big file 1GB 20MB/sec, many files 3GB 6-7 MB/Sec.

I will return the HD to reseller.
