WD10-EARS Performance after Partition Copy

Hi,

may anyone help,plz ?

i have copied 4 Partitions including WIN7-Systempart. from2 HD to a fresh, new 10EARS with WD-Acronis. After that i used the alignement tool. Have i done anything wrong, forgot something ?

Performance is very bad, now copying 50GB from parttion to Partition with 7,5MB/Sec, wtf ?

OS is win7/64 on Partition 4.

checked alignement, checkes Bios Updates, changed drivers Nforce/MS.  No change - 1 big file 1GB 20MB/sec, many files 3GB 6-7 MB/Sec.

I will return the HD to reseller.
