WD Warranty inconsitency of registred drives

Hello

I’ve an WD purple purchased at 2/8/2017 and in my products it tells me in Warranty.
Trying to create an RMA it tells my out of Warranty…
The same is true for two other red drives purchased at 2/8/2017 (but this drives has no problems)
Anyone same issue?
