I have just bought the player and need to connect it to my receiver which is part of the media network. Can any HDMI port be used?

Can you please provide more information about your inquire?
The WDTV Media Player, only comes with one HDMI port.
You should’nt have any issues using that HDMI port to connect the unit to a Receiver.
Sorry, I mean the receiver has many HDMI ports at the back which can be reassigned by only one fixed AUX HDMI port in the front. So can the WD TV be connected to the fixed AUX port in the front or at the back? Thanks
