Hi there

I have a problem with my WD TV live plus.

When start the play its loads the drive and then there is no signal on the tv its just a black screen: I have tried changing hdmi cables, changed the to another tv and even reset to factory setting all with the same results.

I can still access the HDD I would like to know what more I need to do.

PLease can someone help

Make sure you have the latest firmware installed.
