firmware 1.06.43_V
It has been working very well up to a week ago. It suddenly stopped to the connection to de the PC
I’ve been looking at all the solutions I’ve seen on this forum. Nobody in the community, as far as could see, had exactly the same problem although many had similar situations, By the way I can not find any new firmware available to my model of player.
I am using Windows 10 (Creator)
Living in Italy, makes it quite difficult to get in touch with WD support
PLEASE HELP. I am not so good on a Pc, but you must consider I am 85
And English is not my mother tongue
