WD TV Live in UK insists I'm in US!

Hi - I live in the Uk - just bought a second hand WD Live TV, updated to the latest firmware, changed time zone to London etc, went to reset location and agreed to it resting my location (I want Iplayer, which as I’m UK based I thought I could get)…and the thing just keeps saying its successfully changed my location to the US. Really don’t understand why - I’m set to automatic network setup, and so it should just see that my location is UK - surely?
