Hi sorry if this has been discussed i have had a quick search but cant seem to find help.

I have the above media player connected to my BT business Hub all is spot on on my home network, what i would like to do is access it from outside my local network, what do i do to access it?

I have opened 2 ports on my router not sure if they are the right ones or if that matters?

Any help or pointers is greatly apprecieted :slight_smile:

Native, it is not possible. There are several 3rd party applications that can help you.

Also, you can access your pictures, remotely, using the WD Photo apps.
