WD TV Live Hub not streaming from PC

What I have:

  • Windows 7 32
  • WD TV Live Hub
  • Compatible USB wireless N adapter (TP-Link TL-WN723N v1.1 (could be problem?))
  • Wireless router (AT&T Uverse)

What I tried:

  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgqGELVywyA
  2. Click Start
  3. Click Computer
  4. Click Network
  5. Click WDTVLIVEHUB ← Does not exist.

The problem:

  • My network (from Windows 7 machine) doesn’t show the computer WDTVLIVEHUB

Currently, in the Network Connection Check passes on the WD TV Live Hub. This is all out of the box setup. What am I missing?

You’re in the wrong forum, but make sure the Workgroup names match on ALL of your computers and WDs.

Oh my! Apologies for posting in the wrong forum. At one time I was on the Hub forum.

Thanks for the suggestion anyhow. I’ll see if I can setup the workgroup.
