this version Supports YouTube Leanback. The application available is not latest YouTube Leanback. the current version has performance issue also doesn’t support adaptive streaming

Please update to latest version https://www.youtube.com/tv#/browse

Since adaptive streaming is not available, places where bandwidth is low , videos doesn’t place stream less , which was not happening in previous YouTube.

Hence request to update the application via the forum

thanks for the information, but their is no reply for the issue faced by customers in that thread also.

Kindly response with your reply for the issue and action plan

You could try rolling back the firmware to a previous release that has the other Youtube app version.

You should also put in your request to WD Support.  This is a user to user forum for the most part.

Also, have you looked into and tried Twonky Beam as suggested in an above link?
