When would it be possible to get an ISO image file for the Caviar Black WD Tools v5.19? For those of us that don’t live in 1996, and don’t still have floppy disks, this is highly inconvenient. You are mixing the latest patches and fixes to the newest hard drives whilst continually forcing the end user to use outdated mediums to perform manufacturer diagnostic tests. Would this be so hard seeing as there is already an ISO for 5.04f?

Dude this software is long gone
you can try contacting WD directly to see if there’s something else that can be done
new drives do not need any other software than the OS and drivers to be installed
