WD Sync - Version History


I have tried dragging a file saved on my cloud to the ‘version history’ to recover an older version, however it states “unable to communicate with the device. Check network connections and try again”.

There is no issue with the network connection since I am able to access the files in My Cloud. I was wondering whether anyone can shed some light on this?
