I have a MyCloud 6TB drive and use WD Sync to sync folders to this drive. I recently attached a 2TB external drive to the USB port on the MyCloud and it does have share that can be seen in the MyCloud settings. I have it setup exactly the same (other than the name of course) as my share used for all of the folders that I sync in WD Sync. When I go to setup a new folder to sync in WD Sync, it does not list this USB share as a destination. Is there any way to make this work?

I came up with a workaround but am definitely curious if anyone has another solution. I logged in to MyCloud through SSH and then created a link from the USB directory to a directory in my share that I use throughout WD Sync:
ln -s /mnt/USB/USB1_b1/TV-Archived /shares/DesktopBackup/TV-Archived
