WD Sync... LOOK at this

See attached image. It shows a sync’d directory on 2 different computers.
This is CONSTANT, no matter how many sync pair directories I configure, no matter how many different computers I try from. The directory on computer A NEVER has the same number of files as the sync’d directory on computer B, even though WD Sync says “up to date” and the sync process has stopped. This has nothing to do with the computers I’m using and nothing to do with the MyCloudMirror I’m using. This is purely another example of the utterly incompetent, useless software that WD puts out. I’d love to get an intelligent response from WD. How are we supposed to rely on this garbage software?
