WD Sync hierarchy

Hello,

i have some doubts about hierarchy between synced folders

let’s say a folder in our PC which has been synced with MyCloud device

• if i delete a file within my folder on the PC, it will be deleted from MyCloud as well
• if i delete a file form www.mycloud.com it will de deleted first from my MyCloud and next time my PC will start (Sync on) it will deleted from the folder in PC
• if i delete a file from my mobile phone the same, first will be deleted from MyCloud and then from my PC

are these processes right?

so file updating version is based on time, the latest version will prevail, regardless if it comes form my iPhone, from any computer connected to www.mycloud.com or from my PC, right?

is the same for updating a file, for instance the value of an excel cell with an excel file, it does not matter where i am updating it, form my phone or my PC, the latest version will prevail, right?
