WD Sync Duplicating Files CONSTANTLY

Is there anywhere where I can change WD Syncs version history. I am trying to build apps using Visual Studio the only issue is any changes I make will create the same file with the timestamp. Great for normal files but it’s ruining my apps and it’s annoying constantly having to remove duplicates.

I don’t want to have to take my apps off WD Sync as it’s one of the main reasons I got the cloud in the first place. If there isn’t away any chances of an update?

Any better 3rd Party Apps replaced WD Sync yet?

WD Sync by default keeps upto five previous versions of revised files. There is no settings available to change the default numbers.

You can backup your data to My Cloud device using WD Smartware which is not a sync software and there are setting available in the software for the number of file versions that you want to store on the My Cloud device.
