WD support response time frames?

Submitted a case ([Deleted]) using " support cases" flow on July 4, have yet to hear from them. Their auto-response says expected time frame is 1 business day. It’s been a week.

What the average response time from WD support team these days?

(The issue is 15-second latency on 2TB Black Caviars)

Got a response from WD finally.
