WD Support Portal Woes


I’ve been trying to signup for the WD Support Portal for ages but can’t get registered. It just continuously tells me that “Registration was unsuccessful”. 

I’ve tried different passwords, different email addresses, different phone numbers in all sorts of combinations. I just can’t get registered. 

Can anyone on here help? I need to register some WDCare Express warranties for my new disks but can’t.

For this type of cases, the best option is to contact WD Support directly over the phone as this is a user to user Community. 

Over the phone, the Support team should be able to create an account for you and register your drive.
