Ok – so I probably should have made my first call from home when I was with the equipment – but due to the support hours of operation as published on the website, I called from the office today. I was given a case number and told to call back from home. When I confirmed that the hours were only until 7PM CST the support tech said “oh, no - we’re here until 9pm CST.” So here I am thinking I had time to put the kids to bed before getting on the phone with tech support and it’s 7:39 CST and I get the message that the tech support line is closed.
