WD Softwares open a blank window

Hi,

I am trying to activate the security password to access My Passport external driver. However when I open the WD Security Application, it opens a blank window (see file attached). I notice this happens with all WD softwares in my computer.

I am running on Windows 10. My product is My Passport Ultra.

I have already followed some instructions provided by Microsoft, related to review administrator permissions and also uninstalled the anti-virus, however nothing worked.

Any help I would appreciate.

I found an article mentioning this would be related the incompatibility between the software and my Graphic card. I have two video adapters AMD Radeon R7 M265 and Intel HD Graphics 5500, both has the latest drivers.

My problem was solved. I disabled the AMD Radeon R7 M265 video adapter at the windows device manager.
