I want to use Kingstone DataTravel Locker+ G3 with WD Smartware to create backups. I’ve updated WD Smartware to pro license. USB device is password protected, but when I enter password and have access to USB device I it still can’t be discovered by the WD Smartware.
Any help ?

Flash drives are not supported by WD SmartWare Pro.

Just installed WD device but cannot seem to find smartware app anywhere on mac system, how do i download it? Thanks
