WD smartware won't resume

Recently got up and running. WD sync appears OK.

But I started a backup with smartware a few days ago. It’s done a couple of the sections it’s identified, but has totally stopped.

I purposely booted up early this morning, used the PC maybe about an hour off and on throughout the day. I had noted the sizes on the my cloudmirror side and nothing has changed. This is after about 10 hours of my inactivity.

In the services, I’ve checked and says the WD Backup smartware … services is running and set to automatic
