I have My passport 250GB recently purchased. The first backup on both my winodws 7 and windows Vista system was successfull. The issue is now it does not detect my file directory on the backup screen. Only shows system files for both my systems. and i do not see the option for restoring the backups previously taken. What could b the issue and how do i resolve this. WD smartware version 1.3.0.16 installed on both systems
