WD SmartWare Pro now asking me to activate, AGAIN!

I have waited before replying to ensure that your fix actually works. I am afraid it doesn’t. Here is the chronology since my last email.

11th June 2014, 1635 UTC - SmartWare Pro active on v2.4.0

12th June 2014, 1100 UTC - SmartWare Pro needing reactivating, also notification that upgrade available. Downloaded and installed v2.4.1. 1200 UTC - Reactivated SmartWare Pro following upgrade to v2.4.1

13th June 2014, 0930 UTC - SmartWare pro yet again requiring reactivating.

It is apparent that the various fixes have not resolved the problem. Where do we go from here?

For information my os is Windows Vista.

Just a quick update on the above problems. Following reactivating SmartWare Pro, yet again, on 13th June 2014 at approx 12.00 UTC it is still active at the moment, 14th June 2014 09.00 UTC.

If it lasts you may have finally sorted the problem, although it is worrying that the problem still appeared to exist for a while after upgrading to v2.4.1.
