Wd Smartware keeps not recognizing My Cloud...Help!

Hello.

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 with all the updates installed.

The drive My Cloud has the lastest firmware installed v03.01.04-139 and is seen normally under My Network as a Computer

WD Smartware Version 2.2.1

Any ideas of what can be happening?

Hello,

I recommend that you uninstall WD Smartware, restart the computer and then install WD Smartware latest version.
