WD SmartWare does not recognize my devices in the network for backup

Hi all,

In WD SmartWare, on the first tab, I do not see my devices in the network, so, I can not back them up. I’m missing my mobile devices like my iPhone or my Android Phone or my Win8 tablet or my Win Vista laptop. My Win 7 PC is recognized which runs the WD SmartWare SW and WD My Book Live Duo.

What am I doing wrong?

Sorry mate to my understanding that’s not posible…

You might need to use a thrird party backup software
