WD sharespace firmware issues 2.1.9.3

please dont update your device to this firmware if you are using Active Directory authentication , it doesn’t work with AD authentication and loose the authentication

I have bought a new device which got firmware 2.1.93 and doens work with AD , it joins to domain but no permision can set on folders.

I am going to return this device and asking the money back .

WD support hasnt given me much help to downgrade firmware or how to downgrade?

We would never update to this because we don’t have a clue what it is!!
